Black Swan Bakehouse


We are a family owned Bakery, with 29 years’ experience in the Baking industry, situated in Midland's busy CBD, nestled inside The Swan Valley Fresh Markets on Morrison Road.

We specialise in artisan breads and in-house made pastries, cakes and pies. Our Sourdough Breads are made using a traditional long fermentation process resulting in a crusty loaf with a soft centre. Our Sourdough loaves are available in a range of varieties that change frequently, for example Sourdough Rye, Seedy Sourdough and our popular White Sourdough Cobb Loaf. All of our cakes and pastry products are made in-house using locally sourced ingredients. Our Pies are made with WA’s finest grade Beef Steak and Beef Mince. We also make a variety of Gluten Free breads, Rolls and Cakes.

You are invited to sit down in our café area to enjoy a Barista made Coffee sourced locally from Yahava Koffee works in the famous Swan Valley, whilst enjoying one of our many delicious treats or you can take it away with you.

We are open seven days a week till 7pm.
